The app is described as free, but most of the content has to be bought.
Seriously i was looking for this kind of app for a long time! This is a very frendly interface and the video is very well make. High quality video. Theres some stuff to purschase but its only 1,99$ for the Cardio 2 example. In other programs, you can need Cardio 2 to work but if you already bought it then you can make the program. Thats very nice. Thanks!

Ive just downloaded it, and its fantastic! Thanks Claudia :) Although you have to purchase some workouts, I think that its totally worth it. Im going to buy the workout bundle later on. Thanks for all these wonderful workouts, keep em coming!:)
Hi, It is a good exercise and I enjoying it so for but I bought the all workouts package the Loss weight, fitting and toning manacles are the same. I got with my mac book pro and when I want it in mt iMac its charged me again. I couldnt burn in the CD or USB even though I payed for all workouts package which is not convincing me when I go out of my home so I have to carry my computer every where. I would like to have an apportunity to communicate with the instructor. Thanks, Farah

Didn`t enoy this app! I like using the Fit Star and Gym Tuck apps they have better exercises and higher quality videos!

Useful where you dont have time to go to the gym. Just 10 minutes each workout! Easy to use!
This gal is SO great! I just downloaded this and am gonna start tomorrow! I will write another review in the next few months to tell about my improvements! I am SO excited for this! Thank you Claudia for making this AWESOME app! And thank you for not wearing imodest clothing like every other trainer does! :)
I wanted a simple to use work out to stay fit and I got this with low expectations, all expectations were exceeded!! Claudia keeps me envolved and makes me smile, which I love!! perfect for anyone, workout in group or by yourself!

I downloaded this app based on great customer reviews. Unfortunately, it crashed several times in the first fifteen minutes. After that, I gave up. Hope there is a fix soon, or this app is going in the trash. Im using a 13" MacBook Pro with OS X 10.7.5
I decided to try this program, and did the first workout in the "lose weight" category and I wasnt expecting to lose almost 4 and an half pound in less than 3 days. Maybe it happened because Im overweight but it actually worked for me In the following week, I decided to use some other tutorials on the internet to work out and they ended up being more difficult (even the "for beginners" one) and I gained 2 pounds. This may be not a good scientific prov by me but one thing Im sure: the woman in this videos keeps me motivated and makes it fun to work out :).

A waste of time and money! Nothing new, all the very ordinary exercises that everybody already knows!!
Whats great about the free app is each program isnt that long - 12 min - which I can do between study breaks in my room. Its great when I dont have time to go to the gym for a full workout. Whats unfortunate about this app is whenever I try to download an exercise, the app quits. It does this at every download so I havent been able to move forward in the programs. I hope it gets fixed soon .. However, exercise-wise, the 3 step ab workout really works!
I used this because I wanted to loose weight and be more helthy, it has worked very well the only anoying thing is I want to move up programs but it costs money :(, so i usually stick to the same work outs

I love the mac-centric UI. Nice app, on the verge of being great.
The woman is annoying and the music lame. I would prefer to get to the exercise and not have the in depth description that proceeds EACH move. Thats fine for the first time you see it but after that. its just a waste of time. Not at all motivational.
Love it, my personal instructor Claudia is training me very well! My personal program gives me exact training I need in my body areas I need to improve. I purchased another 2 abs trainings for $4.00, they are added to my personal training as well. It works for by busy schedule, and my personal needs.
I like the app for workouts, specifically the Stay Fit. It has a nicely rounded workout: cardio and upper body workouts. The trainer’s accent is a little hard to understand. The specific workouts are nice too. There is a nice variety. I don’t like that you can’t rewind, go to a specific time in a workout, or see the length of the workouts. Overall, I think the app is decent. The workouts are great for what I need.
I’ve only been using this for a short time, but I like it a lot. Claudia seems sweet in her own joyous way, and it’s very uplifting. I like that there are separate workouts so that I can choose what to do each day, rather than stick to the program, but the programs work well also. I just started, but I may buy the bundle for the rest of the excersizes if I continue being satisfied and want more of a challenge.
